Both the MHP and LMR courses have been invaluable in my development as a manager and particularly as someone new to a management role, it helped to identify my existing strengths and focus on on my weaknesses.|As a result I have the confidence to lead my team , manage my time and allocate that time to HPA’s and reduced my hours by up to 8hrs a week whilst achieving more.|The course provides the right forum to discuss and progress on the learnings without the distraction of daily tasks.
