Overall i have had a great experience with a lot of great learnings.I found that the workshop tools provided within TPE content was so helpful and successful that it started the ball rolling on new tools which we have introduced with in the workplace to measure our flow and productivity.We have saved a lot of time and waste from using the discussion planners and cutdown our distractions by at least 60%.My win win agreement goals have been very successful too,i have completed what i set out to achieve with these and now our team is despatching our products at 95% and above everyday on their original timeframe as a result of some of the goals we have set and achieved as a whole.
