I enjoyed the course very much and always looked forward to the sessions. The discussions were enlightening, supportive, fun, open. Jennifer Leslie, Gavin Farley, Ashleigh were very understanding and supportive and guided me through some difficult times. |Some of the achievement for me were being able to enable positive changes within my team and mentor them to succeed. |From every day tools like Focus goals and imperative/important lists to complex activities like project management I have learnt and gained immensely.|All modules of the course were helpful. it helped put things into a progressive pattern of change within the work place and that can quite easily be applied on a individual level.|It enabled me to push boundaries within myself and my team. |Overall it has been quite a fulfilling adventure and I enjoyed the journey and the people.
