I thoroughly enjoyed the LMA course and was very happy that my manager enrolled me into the program.|Upon completion I have found that my ideas on leadership were both challenged and stretched in a very positive way. I enjoyed the way the very simple concepts were broken down and cemented in our minds whilst studying. We were then encouraged to take these same concepts out into our workplace were we where able to see their effectiveness on a daily basis.||I would highly recommend this course to others as it not only provides many quality concepts, ideas and tools to use in the future but it also grows and strengthens the confidence and leadership abilities of those that undertake the course.||Thanks LMA
