I enjoyed the sessions where by I could leave all other distractions behind and purely focus on my self for the couple of hours a fortnight.|I have gained a better understanding of my team over the course as I have been more engaged with them using tools like the feedback log.|Using the time analysis tool, I have been able to structure my days so I spend more time on my HPA’s. This was one area I was having some challenges with prior to the course starting.
