The building of relationships and comradery amongst the group, hi-lighted by our offsite get together over a beer to discuss the Victorian Fine Furnishing case study, will be forever memorable. In the workplace, my now more confident ability to lead, rather than get through each day, has been noted by many of my team members, where they are now more expected to take responsibility for work they are assigned, only providing me with solutions, rather than problems I need to solve.
