By far the interaction with other course participants was most enjoyable. The course identifying and offering many tools to improve my ability to manage my teams. Each module re-enforcing each other to produce high performance teams. There are many modules that have taken my immediate focus, time management, exercising authority and the art of delegation. Introducing positive auhority and discipline on the team really shifted my position from ‘not looking forward to the discussion’ to looking forward to adding value to me and to the person by identifying a short fall in training or providing an opportunity for the person to offer alternative solutions. I have managed to refocus on short term goals, my HPA but mainly investing in Life Balance.
