From the first module Accepting the Challenge that today’s managers have to be focused on including the pressure of competition to the never ending expansion of new technology, constantly realigning the organization’s structure to meet the constant changing economic climate and managing people within the organization was about this journey to becoming a high performance manager.|My most enjoyable aspects from the course would have to be setting creating and achieving both focus and long term goals business and personal.|My most measurable results was the management of my team through a company merger to accept the challenge and make my team stronger with this change.|As my course project is nearing completion to work i acknowledge that setting and achieving goals over this eight month period was worth it.
