Module 12 was the best module for me – I really sunk my teeth into this one and could relate it to my work. |I always believed that I was doing the right thing when I supervised crews but never had the confidence or the backing that what I was doing was right. this course helped me understand why we do what we do and best ways to do it. I also learnt a lot useful systems like HPA, FOL and has made me aware about my ability to track my day to day activities |My project on the Red container was a great success for me. About half way along I thought I bit off more than I could chew, but had great support from management and crews and I think it will set a standard for other areas we use in our work.
