I enjoyed the course as it made me look at simple ways to structure my daily activities by identifying what are priorities to me. This help with me achieving my goals of building strong relationships with my customers and reducing the amount of credits being passed. It has made me overall better at planning and focussed on the task at hand without procrastinating.
