The most enjoyable aspects of the course was the fresh content and the way it was delivered. I have participated in many varied and diversified training programs over the years and this without doubt was by far the most challenging and rewarding purely because it was about the way I viewed myself and my willingness to do what was needed to create “My Best Life “plan. It made me realise that you can’t change the “outer” until you first change the “inner” and this is a trap that most of us fall into through our life journey.|This course has changed the direction of my life and given me real purpose and direction.
