The best part of the course was when I realised my time value and started recording my daily activities and the time spent on each task from emails to planning and design. That was the point I realised where I “waste” my time and how important it is to spend time on my HPAs. I started using LMA tools to delegate more tasks and free up my valuable time to spend on my HPAs, and results were astonishing; a 96% cost saving in running a troubled plant which has key downstream processes crucial to the saviour of our multimillion dollar production line. |Outcome; my sense of satisfaction from achieving such a high result was accompanied by gaining company wide recognition and of course some rewards. But as we all learnt from LMA, that sense of satisfaction is what keeps strive for greater success.
