The goal I achieved was developing my team and make them more reliable, but also more confident and willing to take initiatives and ownership. The result I was expecting was to be able to reduce my working hours and/or start focusing on my KPI. The measurable results are the time I can now spend on my KPI which I couldn’t before as I was spending most of my time doing my assistants’ tasks. I got a really good appraisal from my management as I was focusing on my KPIs.
