Each workshop was run very well. The facilitator Kristina Marsh was enthusiastic and kept each workshop fun and interesting. Throughout the course I have managed to re-define my role, focus more of my time on High Payoff Activities and have improved relationships with a lot of the operators, due to an improvement in communication.
