The most enjoyable aspects were meeting people from Head Office whom I’ve never met before and interacting with them during the course.|Clint our facilitator was exceptionally knowledgeable about the subject and always bright and happy to teach.|The course itself is very user friendly and I found it to be the best course of this type I have undertaken.|I really believe the delegation concept and the HPA’s have added another layer to my managing skillset.|This course really made me look at not only my work life but also had a huge impact on my personal and family life.|During the course I purchased a boat went on family holidays and installed a swimming pool all things that have enriched my family life therefore having a positive impact on my work life.
