Enjoyable aspects was the interaction with other team leaders from other areas of the business and gaining insights through our many and varied discussions. Learning that their concerns and challenges were like mine. The HPA activity was key for me. This has helped me identify specifically what I need to focus on to be an effective Team Leader and through this I have become more organised, learning to effectively delegate tasks and being more open to change and innovation and listening to ideas that come from the team and allowing them to take accountability to make them happen.
