The networking was very good by being able to share in everyone’s experiences gives you lots of tools to be able to make better decisions.|The biggest part I have taken away was that there is always time to plan and learning to delegate more.|I would always stand behind the real time support banner that I had no time to plan as I would need to react to an ever changing landscape.|This is still true to a point but having a list of what must be done and working through your own high pay off activities with my manager mentor gave me a new insight to what was also important for him.|I still like the line that “If you are not working on your own high pay off activities then you are probably working on some else’s”.
