I’m proud to say that I have acheived all my personal and business goals and the project I set up also delivered all of its goals as originally planned.||What I learned from the first part of the course, is that I am a goal driven personal and once I commit to something and figure out a pathway forward, than 9 times out of 10 it will happen. ||But most of all, my biggest learning from the course has been the confidence I have in my leadership style. I have always struggled with the concept of being a ‘manager’, but the realisations and learnings I’ve had from this course, has shown me that my natural coach/mentor leadership style is a good thing and works well. I guess I have to caveat that with also understanding that in certain situations I will have to adapt my leadership style, but I know that my foundation is solid.
