LMA has transformed myself both professionaly and personally – it sure unlocked my potential. A lot of the theory I have heard before or accustomed to, but hearing it presented differently, hearing real life examples on how to apply, discuss in a group environment with varied individuals from different backgroundsproffesions clarified thought and benefits of learning. ||I am now more confident in my abilities, know that I am Manager that can take a team to the next level.||Some of my biggest achievements is living by some of the standards, mainly “Above The Line”, this moto will live with me for a long time, and setting SMART Win-Win goals both at home and at work will endure and have benefits in many years to come.
