I found some modules far more relevant and useful than others and could easily have spent the enitre course focusing on those. I feel like I have barely scratched the surface from what LMA can provide and I will continue to use the material as I go forward.|I have not been able to give LMA the attention that is has required over the last 4 weeks but that does not mean that it has not been important or a priority.|I found a good mixture of people in the course who all face some similar and some very different issues.|I have for the first time embraced the idea and purpose of goal setting although it took me awhile to learn to set SMART goals, I have set myself some good foundations for groundwork which will help enourmously, this has been the outcome of identifying HPA’s setting focus goals and win-wins. I still have a,long way to go until I have a handle on things but LMA will be a valuable tool to help me.
