The most enjoyable aspects of the course was the interaction between all students, the course modules also identified weaknesses in myself and my department which has been a fantastic benefit to all, also the importance of having written goals if you can see the goal i find it easy to achieve.|I have gained fantastic results since commencing the course the main points are giving and receiving feedback and also having all department staff’s commitment to improving communications at all levels.
