I have never been one to set goals before, so the course was a really good learning experience on setting goals. |The course has taught me to believe in myself more than I ever have and that if you set your mind to something you can achieve it. I’ve always been petrified of public speaking, from doing the course I have become more and more confident in doing this. I wouldn’t say its something I now enjoy, however I do feel a lot more comfortable doing it. |I feel like I have become to realize that Staff need to feel like they have a strong leader and manager to run the office and guide the team and to feel appreciated and recognized for the hard work they do. |Career progression and training is something that I have really taken from the course, knowing that I want to progress into a management role and realizing that I need to share my stories with WorkPac staff, that I started from the front reception desk and worked my way up. That opportunities are available.
