The most enjoyable aspect of the course for me was to learn about myself and my style and to be able to learn another way to think about something. To be able to gauge ideas of others and provide my opinion and advice in a safe and open environment.|I was able to improve the management of my time with the recommendations and leanings provided in the course and am able to measure the time I am spending on my HPA’s and have accomplished a completely different stance within my organisation and with senior management that I don’t believe I would have done without LMA|I have a new confidence in my ability that is credited to the facilitator and my manager/mentor that has allowed me to take some risks within my organisation that has been successful.
