Matt began his career in the Royal Navy before becoming an Operational Manager with Toyota in the U.K.In 2008, Matt emigrated to Australia where he gained experience in the Manufacturing industry and completed qualifications in training and assessment.
Matt is driven by a passion for developing leaders and empowering people to improve workplace productivity.
Lee has over 19 years of experience using and facilitating Lean tools, techniques, and practices to improve organisations.He began his career with Toyota UK, developing his Lean knowledge and skills as an Assembly Manager and Lean Leader for more than ten years.
Lee believes that his primary value to organisations is in helping their people embrace Lean principals and become engaged in the implementation of continuous improvement.
