Before starting this course I constantly felt overwhelmed by the position, with dealing with the different personalities I had to learn how use my diplomacy skills. Also I previously had no time management skills nor no way of understanding what my HPA’s were for my position. The work place project was an excellent project in which I completed and has since been a great benefit to my team and organization. To be able to complete my project I had to utilize all of the skills and knowledge that I had gained from doing this course. I am thankful for the time and effort that my LMA coach and mentor put into this with me as I feel with the skills and knowledge that I have learned I am now actually really enjoying my new position and am looking forward to growing into my next position over time.

I found this course beneficial for me as a leading hand on the floor, This course has allowed me to look at what obstacles management have to address on a daily basis. On the occasion I may look at a position further in the company this coarse has armed me with many useful processes to make organising people and processes much more seamless.

Team building and team dynamic aspects of the course provided clarity when dealing with members in the workplace. Win-Win and focus goals only provided documentation of workplace activities that are ongoing in our work environment. Overall the course provided me with more confidence when dealing with management and team members.
