The most enjoyable aspect about the course was the skill and personality of the facilitator, Deb Hann. She made the course fun and was able to impart the skills and knowledge in a way that made it interesting and memorable. My time management skills have improved and also my skills in other area’s such as understanding the different types of personalities that people have and how best to interact with them. I also understand more fully the ‘above the line and below the line’ approach to selling as well as the importance of my USP’s and HPA’s. Even though I have been a sales representative for 28 years I found the information useful and informative. I understand the process better than I did previously and this has made me a much more effective and professional salesperson.
