My greatest success was to understand and implement the importance of setting SMART goals. Planning my sales approaches, listening carefully to customers’ needs/wants and then acting on them with at least a be-of-service attitude. To feeling more confident in handling my customers /prospects complaints by using W questions. To go from fumbling thru visits to planned / organised ones with more confidence in customers’/rep conversations, therefore building rapport by asking / listening to their needs/ wants/etc. Interaction thru other reps was an eye opener too hearing their views/ concerns.
