Acknowledgement of what was working well and what needed improvements. How to go about making these improvements and ways to support staff along the way in creating a trusting and supporting environment. I liked setting goals and seeing them coming to realisation and how the team became stronger through trusting each other throughout the process. The focus goals were great, they were mine and I was in control. I’ve never given them a name before but they were so easy to achieve and had the best results. What a great way to build my confidence.

I think I’ve learned a lot more than I expected to and have been able to put some of the strategies to good use. My stress has been reduced as a result of TPE and find that I now have more time available to me than I had previously thought, overall a good and valuable experience.
