I feel like the course is a blur, ultimately I am not sure if I got a lot from the course. My development is coming through meeting with external mentors that can show me extra things I should be doing in my role. I think the course may have initiated that conversation with the three directors pointing me in the right direction of what I should be doing. What my HPA’s are.

I don’t have many direct reports but I work in a team with other peers staff so I found by the use of feedback logs & some of the reports we were shown it made it easier to work with my peers to help work out where their staff were needing support or showing where they were excelling so we could really work on evolving these areas. Also I have been working closely with the 2 production assistants on giving them new tasks that increase their ownership on some area’s of the business
