Since commencing this LMA course, The Performance Edge I have made leaps and bounds in improving my stress levels, becoming more confident in my leadership and management style and tweaking my work habits and practices. The Performance Edge as been life changing and the most enjoyable part of the course is the comradery from the other course participants, the support and guidance from Kris the Course Facilitator and the Course Coach Ross. The saying only a village can raise a child applies to this course as only a village of support can change a person’s attitude and confidence and give them the Performance Edge. Every aspect of the course is relevant, interesting and worthwhile. I particularly enjoyed Goal Setting which was also one of my most important ‘light bulb’ moments but I had never before had any experience with the importance of goal setting and action steps etc . I love focus goals now which I use all the time. I am getting so much done in my personal and business life. Congratulations LMA!!!!

FBOL on line was great – and the comments by the course coach/facilitator motivated me and helped me in the learning process. I am more structured in my day, having defined my HPA’s I spend more time on these important activities. I am more assertive in my dealings with staff and management. I have changed my attitude to goal makings, by making written goals it makes them tangible, motivates me to succeed and achieve these goals.

The course workshops were a great forum to put ideas forward and discuss with the other participants. My day is now structured around my goals and imperative and important to-do lists. I am not jumping from one thing to the next and have found focus.

I enjoyed taking my learnings back to the workplace. From the course I especially enjoyed the group tasks that we could re-use and could give us a little insight into fellow staff members thought processes or at least give us a better appreciation of their differences. Whilst not exactly measureable, I have noticed extra time to complete my work from more appropriate delegation.
