I have taken away from this course so many great ideas and tools that I have both shared with my team and now use in my role on a day to day basis. I most enjoyed the open discussions and the activities we did that made you think a little outside the box. We are starting to make more money in the area of freight coming in from smaller regional areas (back freight). I was able to finally get my staff files set up and was able to set ongoing appointment times for one on one meeting with all my staff.
