I enjoyed identifying were I spent my time and how easy I found it to make my self more productive by improving my organisation skills and time management. I also enjoyed setting and achieving Win-Win Goals and focus goals. I found the course insightful in regards to making you aware of things that you do (behaviours/conditioning), that you don’t realise you do. I found the course helped me become more aware. I learned that I need to Listen more attentively in both my personal and professional areas. I enjoyed the course a lot and look forward to the opportunity to do more training.

ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS I LEARNED FROM THE COURSE WAS AN ABOVE THE LINE ATTITUDE. MY JOB CAN BE VERY STRESSFULL AND A POSITIVE ATTITUDE AT ALL TIMES HELPS NOT GET DISTRACTED OR BOGGED DOWN. A REALISATION ALSO CAME THAT BEING MORE ORGANISED AND STRUCTURED HAS HELPED ME NOT GET BEHIND IN MY WORKLOAD. THIS ALONG WITH RECOGNISING WHAT MY HPA ACTIVITIES ARE AND SETTING ASIDE TIME EVERY DAY TO CONCENTRATE ON THESE, AS WELL AS DELGATING LESS IMPORTANT TASKS HAVE IMPROVED MY PRODUCTIVITY DRAMATICALLY. THERE ARE STILL MANY MORE TOOLS THAT CAN BE IMPLEMENTED OVER TIME WHICH WILL BE VERY HELPFULL.
