I was able to overdrive my sales budget by 11% by foccussing on HPAs, actual overall benifit was nearly $1M as at the end of the first Qtr of this year i was $450k behind my budget. Thats 10% of my year target and was able to overdrive this result by having foccus goals and being able to close sales.
