Enjoyed submitting and working through the FBOL online as it was easy to track and see where you were at and easy for the facilitator, coach and mentor.|Working on the goal planner on line for win-win agreement goals was one of the highlights – made it easy to visually see your progress and the planner clarifies how to measure and achieve goals.|Being able to download all the tools is also handy for future reference.|CD’s are great to be able to keep and refer back to – spaced repition aspect a powerful tool and concept.|Liked LMA’s emphasis in each module on attitude and how it affects our behaviour and outcomes – it is constantly challenging our mindset and thinking.
