The biggest and most rewarding goal I accomplished was relating to our fuel recording, by setting goals and looking at how I was going to go about restructuring our current procedure, who I would need to get on board and what would need to happen, I was able to get other departments to come on board with a new system. |This has improved our time wastage by an average of 5 hours a week in looking for unrecorded fuel this means we have gotten the unrecorded fuel to about 10 liters per week rather than between 100-300 liters a week.|Bassendean’s budget will now see a significant difference as the unrecorded fuel is no longer be added to their budget but allocated to the correct department saving money which can now be spent on more training and development fro existing and new staff memebrs
