The most valuable for myself was the art of delegation and how to apply it in its true sense / it also brought forward the need for my attitude change to the work place.|This has helped not only in the work place but also at home .|The idea of setting daily and weekly goals is fantastic as this sets out clearly what needs to be completed and when , it has aided not only myself but the benefits reach others along the line even if they do not know it as yet.|My win win agreement goals were a clear indication of where things needed to change , they helped me focus more and gave me a valuable starting point in which to continue.|My overall thinking of the course is very high and i was thankful for the opportunity to participate and i would like to continue with this course to its conclusion.
