I really enjoyed the workplace project as it was a way to showcase what I had learnt over the duration of the course in regards to delivery of a presentation. It also shows what you actually do to the other members of the course. The feedback from Jennifer and the other students was very beneficial as it highlighted strengths and in an encouraging way it also showed where I could improve. I took not only me but most of the participants right out of their comfort zones and the results were fantastic.||My goals that I accomplished such as dealing with the sales teams and managers from other sections of the business would not have come to pass without this course and support from my course coach.
