The Facilitator abilities to interact and create a good learning environment.|The measurable results was the HPA’s and and focus goals which applied both in personal life and in work place. My main achievement is improvement in my ability to listern without interupting or jumping in in conversation. There is also the ability to use feedback logs when interacting with staff.
