I have currently changed positions in our group in the work place but over the time I was in the roll as workshop foremen I found it interesting how you could relate the topics in the coarse with what was going on in the workplace or with individuals in the work place for example some individuals accepting a new change or for some other team members that may have needed a bit more motivation .|I also found the use of the focus goals good to use from week to week to get those tasks done that you may have put to the side for a bit . I think I will adopted the focus goal technique and continue to use it .|The coarse also allowed me to look at different situation from a different point of view and work through them looking and keeping the big picture in mind .
