This was a great course for me personally. It allowed me to analyse my behaviour and allowed me to work on improving certain aspects of my work and personal life. During my time here, I have become more organized, have started working towards deadlines that I created with my MD and have clearer long and short term goals. Ideas such as the 21 day challenge have changed my way of tackling problems, and because of it, I have started gyming again and have cut down my smoking. The biggest achievement during this period were the release of our new catalogue and the organization of our stand at the National Conference. Working with Zoe has been the most beneficial aspect of the course. This is due to her great insights and practical tips for improving performance. These tips have been extremely effective!
