I have become more confident in my leadership role, working with more structure on a daily basis, using priority lists for not only myself but my immediate staff. I have taken on board training requests for my peers & staff & I am prioritising their training. I am spreading my knowledge gained in the course, egg basic overview of “glass half full” and not being negative as I feel strongly that “half empty attitude” is contagious & unproductive.
