The most enjoyable aspect of the course for me were: The workshops, and sharing ideas with other participants. Due to the changes I have made I am receiving positive feedback from employees. Through effective delegation I have saved in excess of 5% of my time. I have identified additional tasks, which will save a further 5%, when the appropriate training has been completed. I achieved the independent safety audit in the workplace and the appointment of 4 employees into new positions and or roles. I have increased the planted area of the vineyard by 10ha (25%) to include the plantings of new cultivars.
