I found the monthly classroom lessons were the most enjoyable with the input and interaction from all students. Bill is a very informative teacher and his explanations, good humour and teaching is very easy to understand.||From doing the course my confidence as a leader has increased and I now have so many tools that will help me in my ongoing and developing management role. I have completed my work project and achieved my win-win goals.
