The most enjoyable aspects of the course was gaining an understanding of effective management processes through trying things out! I absolutely love the workshop environment and have formed wonderful relationships with all the participants in my group. This course has helped me develop as a manager and also maintain balance in my personal life as I take on more responsibility at work.
