The interaction amongst the group and the coming together of the group from a number of different industries was an enjoyable part to the course. I was amazed at the number of ideas and techniques that were shared around from the years of experience in the room. I came away with some great new tools and have been able to organise my work day which seemed completely out of control before the course. My manager has even taken some ideas on board and started using some of the tools, such as the NEAT meeting planner.
