The most valuable part of the course for me personally was the Win-Win Agreement goal setting process and regular follow up. The discipline of setting the goals with action steps and regular reviews ensured I was able to get through a very busy personal and professional period. The fact that this course related directly to our workplace goals and commitments, and also that we completed it as a team has been very useful.
