The course was a great experience. I found it amazing that although we were all in different job roles we had so much in common and our issiues were similar. Both Suzy and Francesca were always available to help and make me understand more. Suzy was a great facilitator and very fun to listen to. She helped everyone interact and be comfortable with the course.|The course has helped me improve all aspects of my job role. |I have learned to set goals and achieve them by breaking them into action steps.|I have organised my planning system, re-designed my maintenance schedules, have come up with some great ideas and am keeping track of contractors all thanks to the course.|The course has also thought me some valuable team building skills and how people interact.|Thank you, It will be a learning process even more so after the course.
