Most enjoyable was meeting the other participants and seeing how others in the same circumstances (ie needing assistance/training in managament/supervisorory rolls) need different things from the same course materials.|For me the measurable results was the amount of time I can now (and will in the future) be able to dedicate to HPA’s.|Goals accomlisted include better time management, improvement of communication to upper managament via monthly reporting of department status etc and delegation of tasks not considered a HPA.
