I have now started to use the tools that I have gained through finishing the course.These tools are a true benifit to myself and my team. I have learnt mentoring skills which now has a flow on affect to all of my team members.|I enjoyed the win-win goal process, as it helped break down projects into steps and helped me to achieve great results through planning.
