I have enjoyed the course it has helped me stop and appreciate all the task I do and have achieved so far.|Due to many factors but my place of work is quite a negative and toxic environment it is easy to|get caught up in the problems|| This course gave me hope, one because I got to hear that I was not alone in some of my struggle but 2 and this is the most important that there were solutions. LMA gave me those solutions and they were quite easy to put in to action. ||LMA didn’t just assist in the work place it also helped in my personal life as the tools could be used in both areas of my life. I now suffer less mummy guilt as I have used focus goals to assist in this area.
